Shipping & Returns


Refunds & Exchanges 
If any item arrives broken please contact us immediately (READ BELOW). We will need photos of the broken glass and images of the damaged package in efforts to submit a claim with the shipping provider. We will gladly work closely with you to replace your item or provide you with a store credit.


We do not offer refunds or exchanges to custom orders.


If for some reason item is broken, damaged in transit or even lost, please Contact Us ASAP - no more than 5 of days of delivery. In most situations, USPS claims department will contact you directly to schedule time to pick up the package for further investigation. Things do happen and we will take full responsibility to be sure your package arrives on time and in one piece!  Your happiness makes us smile! :-)

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
